...McCloskey, a specialist in American Constitutional law, questions whether "a legal trial can have its inception in an illegal base." Referring to Israeli Premier BenGurion's frequent declarations that one of the purposes of the trial is to teach the present generation a lesson in history that it might have forgotten. McCloskey accuses BenGurion of "perhaps mixing a great deal of immorality into a moral lesson."
