Lawyers for bombing suspectTimothy McVeighclaim that FBI agents have been trying to keep witnesses from talking to them about the case. Attorney Richard Burr has filed a motion in the U.S. District Court in Oklahoma City laying out the allegations. Burr also contends agents convinced at least one witness that his earlier statements were wrong. If the court finds evidence of wrongdoing, McVeigh's lawyers will ask that the indictment against him be dismissed.
