...June 13.--The order of the first crew was changed today for the first time since the crews have been here. Meier was moved from five in the second crew to four in the first, and Ober went to bow in the four-oar. The Freshmen rowed early this afternoon to below the Navy Yard and back. Little improvement was shown in either time or recovery. At 6 o'clock, the first crew paddled to the lower end of the course, rowing a 28 stroke.
