Bloody Scuffle. From Danang to the Mekong Delta patience was growing thin last week on both sides. Taking the initiative, some 3,000 South Vietnamese marines slogged through 38 slimy canals south of Saigon batting away leeches even as they caught slugs from Communist snipers.
