That may be about to change. Goodman has landed the hottest part on Broadway: from March 19 he will replace Nathan Lane as the crooked impresario Max Bialystock in the wildly successful revival of Mel Brooks' The Producers - where seats are scarce despite a record top price of $100 and broker prices reaching $480.
