EDITORS DAILY CRIMSON:-Please allow me to contradict a statement made in your article yesterday on the Conference Frangaise. I wish to state, on behalf of the Executive Committee (which has entire charge of electing new members) that any such "appeal" for new candidates for membership is neither authorized nor desired by the committee.
