...Governing Board of the Union at a meeting yesterday afternoon decided to demand action on the question of compulsory membership in the Union, which was voted upon favorably by the entire University last spring. In the following letter to the chairman of the Administrative Board of the University and the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Union, a speedy change in the organization of the Union is requested in accordance with the decision of the University in May.
