Called continuous-flow brewing and developed after six years of research, the new method does away with the old kettles and the old process. Instead, the ingredients of beer-grain, water, hops and yeast-run through a maze of stainless-steel pipes, coils and tanks in response to commands from a 30-ft. console of dials, buttons and lights.
