Last week the Postmaster of Trencsen, a town in the Slovak section of Czechoslovakia, carried to the local Mayor in some alarm a tremendous letter from Siam, emblazoned with the royal arms and addressed to His Excellency the President of Slovakia, Professor Mihalusz.
