There are bread lines in Houston. Last night the bread aisle at the Midtown Randalls at Milam and Hadley streets was picked bare. That's what first attracted Milam, the Coast Guard rescue swimmer from Alaska, to the Coast Guard. Before he joined, Milam was in the Navy.
