Harvard Training Quarters, Red Top, Conn., June 5, 1914.--Two races between the University second crew and the Freshman eight featured the training program today. The University substitutes were victorious in both encounters. In the morning the Freshmen were easily defeated over a half-mile course, both boats using a very low stroke. Exeter is strong in nearly every event, especially in the dashes, quarter-mile, and weights. Andover and Worcester Academy have both sent in a large number of entries, and the fight for second place will undoubtedly be between these schools. Andover appears to be the stronger because of its victory over Worcester in a dual meet last month...
