CLARKSBURG, West Virginia: Seven people with connections to a West Virginia militia group were arrested Friday and accused of plotting to blow up a new FBI fingerprinting records complex. Most of the seven are members of the West Virginia-based Mountaineer Militia. KABUL, Afghanistan: Fearing the growing power of Afghanistan's fundamentalist Taliban leaders, three militia chiefs in the nation's northern provinces have formed a formal military alliance.
