...Second Amendment says that a well-regulated militia is necessary, and that the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed. In no way can the Second Amendment be twisted to read, "A well-regulated militia no longer being necessary to preserve a free state, the rights of citizens to bear arms shall not be infringed as long as they are rich, politically connected or friends of the local police chief."
