...with almost zero buffering delay (that annoying choppiness that can make streaming songs - or video or TV shows - particularly frustrating). Add to that the fact that Spotify's basic service is free - advertising pays for artists' royalties - and it's easy to see where it gets its approximately 6 million users...

...good news is that H1N1 is not, so far, a particularly severe disease for those who are healthy. Through July, 353 Americans were confirmed to have died from the new flu out of an estimated 1 million infected. With the exception of certain populations - including pregnant women, children with chronic diseases and people with respiratory ailments - H1N1 tends to be no worse than the seasonal flu. A few days in bed and lots of liquids, and most patients get better. The bad news is that H1N1 is highly contagious and, unlike many other flus, is particularly hard on children...

...Gojra tragedy has sparked outrage across Pakistan. The government has ordered a judicial commission to investigate what happened and Parliament unanimously passed a resolution condemning the violence. Islamabad's gestures, however, have done little to assure Pakistan's estimated 3 million Christians, who are 60% Catholic and 40% Protestant (the second largest religious minority, after Hindus). Many now question whether they can remain safe in a country that has long neglected them and continues to have blasphemy laws that have been repeatedly exploited by violent extremists...
