The sea turns Morison into a lyric poet who sometimes applies looser moral standards to seamen than to shorebound sinners...

Grants for the summer normally cover subsistence plus required earnings for students with financial need and/or project expenses. Some people thing of E4A as a sort of a "mini-foundation."
