Today's regatta will be run off under a system of heats in the morning and finals in the afternoon. Harvard has drawn Penn and MIT for the morning preliminaries and certainly stands a good chance of qualifying for the finals, since the first two boats in each heat will be eligible for the 5:40 p.m. championship race...
