After thousands of experiments, Dr. Foster Dee Snell, prolific Brooklyn industrial chemist, and Co-Worker Dr. Samuel Sidney Epstein announced production of a successful antiseptic paint-for children's rooms, breweries and bakeries, hospitals, food factories.
