Surely a group of outstanding Americans, including Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, Messrs. Milton Eisenhower, Sulzberger, Clay and Lewis, could find a better use for $25 million than a granite monument in Georgia [TIME, Aug. 17], which only a small percentage of the population will ever see.
