But with the markets melting down and a new administration headed to Washington in January, nothing is certain. The cosmos was here long before us and will be here long after us. ...risk of having little to no access to space for a few years, thanks to anti-terrorism agreements and the fact that we may not have the shuttle. Long term, I think that as long as the U.S. says look, we really do want to push on to the moon and Mars, I think that's the right way to go. We can easily retool to get there...
