...FRANCE Motion Denied The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg declined to hear the case of six Yugoslavs who wish to sue NATO. The plaintiffs, five of whom lost relatives in the NATO bombing of Radio Television Serbia's studios in April 1999, charged that the alliance violated the right to life and freedom of expression guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights.
