Outing for June has several articles which are well worth the perusal of all Harvard men interested in athletics. All Mott Haven men or those who have been candidates for the Mott Haven team will enjoy Malcolm W. Ford's valuable paper entitled "Distance Running," a companion article to his "Sprinting" which appeared in the May Outing. In it Mr. Ford gives an excellent exposition of the best methods of training for long distance running, and the most effective ways of getting into good condition.
