Among the recent acquisitions of the Fogg Museum are three original paintings which were presented by Mr. Forbes. One of them is a portrait of a man by Tintoretto, the subject of which is unknown. There is an early Italian Madonna of the Fifteenth Century, and another unidentified picture of the same period belonging to the Italian or Flemish school.
