...Look at cities like Washington, D.C. that has forbidden guns, or look at the Virginia Tech shooting, in which the killer didn’t abide by the rule not to carry a gun. These places become playgrounds for criminals. Why do you think D.C. has such a high murder rate? The only people who have guns are criminals. They can always get them.
