Cross-border raids involving murder and kidnapping, and indiscriminate rocket fire aimed at civilians, are clear violations of human rights and international law. Doesn't the ihrc believe that human rights should apply to all humans? Perhaps it is too much to ask that the commission also consider the collective responsibility of all nations not to harbor...
