...Harvard dining halls, HUDS has made an impressive effort to provide vegetarian eating options. The vegetarian dishes are always clearly marked, as are the options from which vegetarians can obtain protein. HUDS, however, can still do far more to accommodate those who choose not to eat meat. They must remember that while everyone can eat vegetarian dishes, vegetarians cannot eat meat dishes, and thus HUDS must increase the volume and variety of vegetarian options so that vegetarians can easily access a filling and healthful meal on a daily basis.
