Held in a castle, a shrine and other venues in a small city half an hour outside Nagoya, Ogaki will feature up-and-coming names from Indonesia, India, China, the Philippines and South Korea. According to co-curator and Singaporean art theorist Gunalan Nadarajan, the event will allow visitors to examine the "culturally different notions of art, media and technology."
