...more than casual mention. The opening play on Friday night was "The Laughing Hyena, "in which the characters could not have been more suitably cast. Messrs. Clark, Bowditch, Shaw, and Dumaresq were all that could be desired in their several parts. Then followed the somewhat ancient, but still interesting "Naiad Queen." Several new songs were introduced, which were very acceptably rendered by Mr. Szemelenyi and Mr. Devens.
