Northwestern University won a narrow decision against Georgetown University in the final round of the thirteenth annual Harvard Debate Tournament, held February 3-5. Although the two Harvard teams disqualified themselves from the final rounds, both teams posted 6-2 records in the preliminary debates. Thomas C.
