In case of rain the tournament will begin on the next pleasant Saturday. The matches will be governed by the rules of the U. S. N. L. T. A. The referee of the tournament will be Joseph T. Whittelsey, Esq., secretary of the National Association.

Arrangements are being made by prominent citizens and oarsmen of Worcester to hold annual rowing regattas on Lake Quinsigamond. They will be managed on the plan now employed at Henley and it is hoped will include races for world and national championships.
