Hon. Samuel W. McCall, of Winchester, United States Representative from Massachusetts, will speak on "The National House of Representatives" in the Living Room of the Union tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock.
Mr. McCall has been twice a delegate to National Republican conventions, three times a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, and is now finishing a term in the National House of Representatives, in which he is a member of the Committee on Ways and Means.
