There must be no more U.N. veto of NATO military actions. The Serb military-industrial infrastructure in both Serbia and Serb-held Bosnia must be destroyed, which will prevent Serbia from furnishing weapons and fuel to proxies in Bosnia. Threats against the Balkan fighting cocks will make things worse. We in the West have not the will, the manpower nor the sense to stop those at war in the region.
