The stand will be built on the new Charles River Parkway, near the foot of Arlington street, opposite the finish of the race. This afternoon at 4.15 o'clock the University, second, and third crews will hold a race, starting at the bathing beach near the Cottage Farm Bridge and finishing in the basin opposite the Union Boat Club, a distance of somewhat over two miles.
