Professor Munsterberg will sail for Germany on Saturday, where he will officially represent the St. Louis Exposition in an effort to secure the co-operation of the German government and educational institutions in the international congress of science to be held in St. Louis next year. Professor Simon Newcomb '58 of Johns Hopkins University and Professor Small of the University of Chicago, have been made similar envoys to France and England, respectively. Professor Munsterberg will return to Cambridge in the latter part of September...
