...failure of chemistry between Gibson and Hunt. More likely it's a failure in the script, attributed to Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa. They just can't seem to establish a consistently bantering tone between the stars. They might also want to re-examine their boring subplots involving Nick and his conventionally rebellious teenage daughter, a romance with a waitress that goes nowhere, and a relationship with a suicidal woman at the office.
