...Burton, who were the hares, picked a very good course, about seven miles in length. They went down Broadway and over Putnam avenue, thence across the Cottage Farm Bridge to Coolidge's corner and back by the way of North Harvard street. The break was made opposite Soldiers Field. None of the hounds finished within the eight minute limit so only the first two will receive prizes...

...first practice after the Yale game brought out nearly all of the regular 'Varsity men, although none but the substitutes went into the line-up. Swain injured his knee quite severely in Saturday's game and has had it splints, but will probably be in form to enter the Pennsylvania game. It is doubtful if Warren will recover from his dislocated shoulder in time to permit his playing. Cabot's knee is also troubling him again, but with the exception of these men, there are no injuries which will handicap Harvard very seriously next Saturday...

...unable to withstand the rushing of the backs and the tackle and guard back plays. Leo pold at quarter played the best for the visitors, while Willing put up a good game at fullback notwithstanding that he had been injured in the early part of the first half. Though none of the backs were able to gain through the Harvard line, both Smith and Diefendorf played a strong defensive game...
