TIME also reported Seattle as the western objective of the Army's "frigid test" flight (TIME, Jan. 6). The objective was Spokane. Cause for such errors seems to be Seattle's news-vigor, reporting the Northwest more actively than other northwestern cities. Let news-vigor increase elsewhere.
