...Scuttlebutt has been a Yard institution ever since the First Naval Indoctrination Unit arrived on July 1. From a mimeographed bulletin the scuttlebutt has risen to its present form, embracing all the activities of the student officers. With the cooperation of the Crimson Printing Company and the CRIMSON, the NTS paper moved to Plympton Street, and had been publishing daily from there. The format, it has been decided, will remain the same when the Scuttlebutt resumes publication next Tuesday...
