Fifty-seven delegates will represent the University at the Des Moines Convention commencing on December 31. From a great number of men who signified their desire to attend, the committee in charge of the convention at the University had to narrow the number of delegates to 57. This was necessary because of the tremendous number of institutions throughout the country which are sending delegates to the conventions. While the number of women students in our colleges has increased to a substantial extent, the advance is again largely in the great State and urban universities.
