...Gregory '10 won the potato race in 34 1-5 seconds, beating his old record made last year. He was closely pushed by A. Sweetser '11 and J. F. McDonald '08. ...CRIMSON realizes the difficulty of securing prominent men to speak on political questions; but felt justified in comparing the tangible results of last year's efforts with what has been accomplished this year.
