Giovanni Beda Cardinale, is no longer persona grata and that the Argentine Minister to the Vatican, Garcia Mansilla, will be replaced. No reasons for the action were given; but it was assumed that the Senate was displeased with the Pope for having appointed Mgr. Michele de Andrea Apostolic Delegate from South America instead of Archbishop of Buenos Aires; and peeved with Senor Garcia Mansilla for having failed to secure Mgr. de Andrea's nomination for the latter post...
