Dealings with Neighborhood Youth Corps enrollees were similarly casual. The intention had been that they would hold jobs for six months and then return to school. Also for comparison the Columbia University Charters are sold for $190 to $245 for a jet and $215 to $259 for a DC-7. Note that there is no great difference in cost between a jet and a prop-jet and a DC-7 based on a per seat cost.
