There is a thing you have forgotten, the willful violation of the teacher's oath law. Two admit they were members of the Communist party and when they took the teacher's oath, they had no intention of upholding it, and this is a wilful and deliberate violation. And how do you know whether or not they are still members of the Communist party? Because they told you they got out of it nine years...
