Helen Hayes, though very lovely and expert, was occasionally caught in her inexhaustible supply of cuteness. Helen Westley, veteran of many a Guild production, seemed to lack entirely the sinister severity of Ftatateeta. The best performance was contributed by Henry Travers as Britannus.
