Taxation. The president of the United States says its government should grant a rebate to each taxpayer. Up to $1000 for everyone! Isn't it a bit odd that even knowledgable observers laughed when a couple of years back, a more honourable gentleman wanted to give $1000 away--to everyone, not merely to those who paid high taxes...
