Usage:

Contestants in the championship meeting to be winners in the class meetings; or men beating the record of any class winner. Only the four winners of class sports will be entered in the final meeting, unless a man personally enters again. In the class meetings two prizes will be offered, - a silver medal to first, a bronze to second man. In the championship meeting a gold medal to first. A gold best-on-record medal will be given to the man beating the best college record. The Bicycle Club offer a prize for the bicycle race. Entries close Friday...

EDITORS HARVARD HERALD: It is nearly a month now before the examinations begin. We beg permission to offer a suggestion for the welfare of those who have taken electives which require considerable reading of the reference books at the library. It is well known to all upper classmen that there is a strong tendency on the part of many to put off the heavy grinding until nearly the last minute. ...writer of the account of the Co-operative Society in Sunday's Globe states that the directors of the society have not yet accepted the offer of the free use of the old gymnasium made by the corporation, being in doubt as to the advisability of assuming the business of the storage and sale of student's furniture on commission.
