WILDCATTER Glenn McCarthy agreed to sell his last major oil and gas property, a 970,000-acre concession in Bolivian hinterlands, to Tennessee Gas Transmission Co., Union Oil & Gas Corp. of La., Murphy Corp. and Monsanto's Lion Oil division.
