Washington and Cairo cooperated last week to keep Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman out of circulation. The U.S. Board of Immigration Appeals rejected an asylum bid by the radical Muslim cleric, now being held in a federal prison, and upheld a deportation order issued in March.
