...one of the most exciting and spectacular races ever seen on the Charles River, the second Freshman crew finished first in the race for second class crews held yesterday over a mile and one-half course in the basin. The Sophomores were a length behind the second Freshman crew, and one-quarter of a length ahead of the third Freshman crew.
