Colonel Dr. Jonathan Campbell Meakins, 47, director of the Department of Medicine at McGill University. He was born at serene Hamilton, Ont., near Toronto and Buffalo. studied medicine at McGill, took advanced instruction at Johns Hopkins and Manhattan Presbyterian Hospital, taught therapeutics after the War at the University of Edinburgh.
