Announcement has been made that the Pennsylvania Out-door Relay Carnival will be held as usual in Philadelphia. It is scheduled for April 25 and 26, and, next to the intercollegiates, will be the most important college track event of the season. Teams will be entered by the University, Yale, Princeton, Pennsylvania, Cornell and probably several western colleges.
